Make the Most of It

Area Guide

Three distinct coastal neighborhoods, one easygoing South Florida state of mind. Here's where our homes are, and what makes each corner worth the trip.

Downtown Fort Lauderdale at night

Fort Lauderdale

Seven miles of golden Atlantic beach, the boutique-lined promenade of Las Olas Boulevard, and a maze of glittering canals that earned the city its "Venice of America" nickname. Spend mornings on the sand, afternoons paddling the waterways, and evenings over waterfront dinners, most of our homes sit a short drive or stroll from it all.

The Bungalow on Wilton Drive

Wilton Manors

A walkable, welcoming island city built around Wilton Drive, packed with independent cafés, galleries, and some of the friendliest patios in the region. Our pool homes here put you minutes from the action while keeping a quiet, leafy residential calm at the end of the day.

Underwater coral reef off Lauderdale-By-The-Sea

Lauderdale-By-The-Sea

A small beach town with a big secret: a living coral reef just yards off the shoreline, perfect for snorkeling straight from the sand. Low-rise, lantern-lit, and refreshingly unhurried. It's the most laid-back stretch of coast we host, anchored by the historic Anglin's Pier.
